Jalapeño Mignonette
Bright yuzu, green chiles, and champagne vinegar are the star flavors in this fresh and spicy take on the classic oyster condiment.

1 Cup

Ingredients
1 C. Champagne Vinegar
1 Shallot, finely minced
1 t. Jalapeño, minced
1 T. Yuzu juice
Preparation
In small saucepan, bring vinegar and shallots to a boil, reduce heat and reduce for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool, whisk in yuzu, add pepper and salt & pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
